How to submit your manuscript

Your manuscript must be written in English using the Springer style (LNCS/CCIS one-column page format) (

The length of submission is at most 12 pages in this format and may be submitted in PDF via the Easychair system below:

In the system you can choose one of the proposed special sessions or the general track of ICFeH 2019.

One full registration will allow acceptance of one paper; each additional accepted paper associated with the same registration will be subject to an additional fee. At least one author will have to come and present the paper. Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 experts in the relevant field.

The authors will be duly notified on the outcome of the review process with reviewers' comments.

How to submit your camera-ready paper

The corresponding author of the accepted papers must send the camera ready copies by the due date, following the formatting instructions by Springer:

Springer’s templates should be used. Either MS Word or LaTeX templates are acceptable.

Fill and sign (electronic sign is not allowed) the Consent to Publish form which will be provided to you in the notification email.

If available, please include the authors ORCID number ( in the address information and in the paper’s headers.

Authors are advised not to shorten the references and to put DOIs wherever possible, as this would allow for correct citation attribution.

All source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and .eps files, or Word files) AND the final PDF AND the Consent to Publish form should be compressed and uploaded as a single zip file.

For Latex users, references are to be supplied as bbl files or included in the .tex file instead of the bib file, in order to avoid omission of data while conversion from bib to bbl.

Please do not forget to assign a corresponding author, who must be available to carry out a proof check of the paper. The corresponding author is given 72 hours to check the paper.

Post-conference Journals (after November 2019)

Selected distinguished and presented papers in IC-FeH 2019, after further revisions, will be published in the special issues of the SCIE-indexed international journals.
